1:35 Takom 35003 Panther Ausf. F with Schmalturm & Steel Road Wheels WWII - German Medium Tank Plastic Model kit

Build one of the most distinctive German tank designs from the final stages of the Second World War with the Takom 35003 Panther Ausf. F with Schmalturm and Steel Road Wheels in 1:35 scale. This detailed plastic model kit recreates the planned Panther Ausf. F, the final development stage of the famous German Panzerkampfwagen V Panther. The most distinctive feature of this variant was the newly developed Schmalturm, a more compact turret designed to improve the tank's protection and combat effectiveness. Combined with the characteristic sloped armour, powerful 7.5 cm KwK 42 L/70 main gun and distinctive rubber-saving steel road wheels, this Panther makes an impressive modelling project for enthusiasts of German armoured vehicles and detailed WWII military modelling.

The Panther Ausf. F was intended as an improved successor to earlier Panther variants, combining established technology with new developments. Its redesigned Schmalturm featured a narrower frontal profile and was intended to accommodate improved sighting and observation equipment, including a stereoscopic rangefinder. Rubber-saving steel road wheels were also considered to reduce the consumption of increasingly scarce materials. Although several components and prototypes were developed, the Panther Ausf. F never entered regular series production before the end of the war. The Takom 35003 allows you to explore this unusual development stage with a choice of standard road wheels or rubber-saving steel road wheels. You can also choose between an infrared commander's sight with its matching rear stowage box or a conventional periscope, giving you additional flexibility when building your model.

This Takom Super Blitz Edition combines straightforward assembly with impressive detail and a variety of interesting construction options. The kit includes a precision-made aluminium gun barrel, segmented Link & Length tracks, clear components and finely detailed photo-etched parts. All hatches can be assembled in open or closed positions, while the rangefinder apertures can also be displayed open or closed. Various exhaust configurations, alternative rear stowage boxes and detailed air filter and engine deck components are included. The supplied decal sheet offers four different marking options, allowing you to give your Panther a distinctive finish. Thanks to its 1:35 scale, the characteristic shape of the Schmalturm, detailed running gear and unusual technical features are reproduced to excellent effect. A versatile model kit for enthusiasts interested in German tank development, experimental armoured vehicles and detailed military dioramas.
