With the 1:350 Trumpeter 05379 HMS Resolution, you can build an impressive British Revenge-class battleship with a rich operational history. HMS Resolution was laid down in 1913, launched in 1915 and commissioned at the end of 1916. During her career, she served in both the First and Second World Wars and operated in the Atlantic, off Norway, at Mers-el-Kebir, Dakar and later in the Indian Ocean.

The Revenge class was based on the Queen Elizabeth class, but was slightly smaller and deliberately accepted a lower top speed in exchange for improved armour protection. When commissioned, Resolution was approximately 189 metres long and armed with eight 381 mm guns, fourteen 152 mm guns, two 76 mm guns and four 533 mm torpedo tubes. During the Second World War, the ship suffered significant combat damage, including a bomb hit during the Norwegian campaign and a torpedo strike from the French submarine Bévéziers at Dakar.
