1:48 Hasegawa 65898 VF-19EF/A Isamu Special Macross Frontier - Science Fiction Combat Aircraft Plastic Model kit

A futuristic combat aircraft with powerful lines, distinctive wing equipment and a legendary pilot from the Macross universe! With the Hasegawa 65898 VF-19EF/A Isamu Special Macross Frontier, you can recreate this remarkable Variable Fighter as a plastic model kit in the impressive 1:48 scale. The model represents Isamu Dyson's special aircraft from the animated film Macross Frontier: The Wings of Goodbye. Newly developed plastic components, including distinctive wing-mounted Super Parts and a shoulder rocket pod, give this VF-19 an even more powerful and recognisable appearance.

The VF-19 family is among the best-known advanced Variable Fighters in the Macross universe. The original design is closely associated with Macross Plus, in which the experienced and unconventional test pilot Isamu Dyson plays a central role. In Macross Frontier: The Wings of Goodbye, Isamu returns with a specially modified VF-19EF/A. Within the fictional storyline, the aircraft is adapted with the assistance of Jan Neumann and brought into service with the private military organisation S.M.S. Its striking aerodynamic design and additional equipment derived from the VF-25 series make the Isamu Special a fascinating connection between two popular chapters of the Macross franchise.

Hasegawa has equipped this special version with newly developed components to recreate the distinctive equipment fitted to Isamu's aircraft. The kit includes Super Wing parts, a shoulder rocket pod and a seated pilot figure wearing an S.M.S. flight suit. The plastic components are moulded in ivory and green-grey, complemented by transparent parts that highlight the details of the futuristic design. The included decals allow you to reproduce the markings of Isamu Dyson's aircraft serving with S.M.S. The package artwork was created by Naomika Morishita. With its impressive scale, distinctive silhouette and recognisable anime equipment, this VF-19EF/A makes a striking display model for enthusiasts of Macross and Japanese science fiction aviation.
