Description

With the 1:72 IBG Models 72130 Carro Comando M14/41, you can build a distinctive Italian command vehicle from the Second World War. This version was developed on the chassis of the Carro Armato M14/41 and replaced the conventional turret and main gun with a large command superstructure. This created additional space for radio equipment, artillery observation instruments, maps and command personnel.

The Carro Comando M14/41 played an important role in directing Italian self-propelled artillery units, including formations equipped with the Semovente da 75/18. From this vehicle, commanders could coordinate fire and maintain communication with their batteries. This later version was fitted with a more powerful 13.2 mm Breda Modello 31 heavy machine gun in a frontal ball mount, providing considerably more firepower than the standard 8 mm Breda machine guns.
